1. Do I have to pay for shipping?
Economy Shipping is completely free on all orders. If you wish to receive your order sooner, we offer an additional option: Standard Shipping.
2. What is the order processing time?
Due to high demand, orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Free Economy Shipping: 9-14 business days (domestic & international standard).
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
External factors such as customs, weather conditions, or public holidays may cause delays beyond our control.
While Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is not guaranteed, we always strive for the fastest delivery possible.
4. Will I receive a Tracking Code?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number within 3-4 days after your order is dispatched. All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost in transit, we will resend a replacement at no additional cost.
I haven't received my tracking number yet. Please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us, and we will prioritize sending it to you immediately.
5. Where is my order?
Once confirmed, you will receive an email containing your order details. You can use our Tracking Tool to monitor your shipment's status. Tracking updates are dependent on your local postal service.
6. What courier service do you use?
We partner with trusted U.S. logistics providers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others. Shipping routes are selected based on the most efficient delivery method to your location.
7. Can I return my product?
